Anneal temperature (℃) 840-860

Stress relief Temperature(℃):600-650

Quench temperature (℃):1210-1230

Coolant media of quench : salt bath  at 600℃,or Oil  cool or air cool

Normal temperature of temper(℃): 540-560

Quench and temper HRC: 63-66

 Bending Strength(Mpa): 4000-4500

Impact Toughness(MJ/㎡): 0.35-0.40

 HRC at 600℃(HRC):

Character: Its a newly developed general used HSS of W-Mo series.

The performance equal to W18Cr4V(T1) and W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2) Good Grandability and Good hot reforming.Easy to forge and Roll.But its comprehensive use property superior than T1 and HSS-M2.
